Food Shopping made easier....upon embarking on a new fitness regimen....I require that all of my clients go on a cleansing program first to rid their body of toxins and excess fat that may have accumulated over the years. I accompany them to the supermarket and health food store. I show them the different products that I use and that are very helpful to me. First, we get the food, then the protein shakes and herbal supplements. READING ALL LABELS IS A MUST IF YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL!

Your nutritional cleanse will basically consist of clean foods, brown rice, yams, chicken, fish, turkey, tuna, fresh leafy green veggies, fruit, lots of water with a variety of herbal teas and supplements to help your body through the transition to a new you.
